Restaurante Ceviche opened its doors in January 2006, and in 2010 won the second star in the Michelin Guide. Ceviche is much more than chef Muñoz Izquierdo’s gastronomic vision for Barcelona. It is a spiritual project with the very best team of professionals at its forefront that strives to delight its diners with every aroma and flavour. After a full renovation carried out recently, the new Ceviche Restaurant is surprisingly much more modern and with more spacious and bright look. The emphasis on light, textures with dominance of oak and selection of furnishings have been the mainstay of the entire project to give the restaurant a unique personality.Nature knows best and we follow its rules. Our obsession is to work with the best produce offered by nature, the sea and the seasons, and transform it into a gastronomic experience. Each dish is created with passion, respect and care.
